Article 1 The name of this extracurricular activity group shall be "Hiroshima LGBTs Circle Light" (here in after referred to as "this group").
(location)
Article 2 Our organization will be based on the Hiroshima University Higashi-Hiroshima Campus, 1-7-1 Kagamiyama, Higashi-Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture.
(Purpose)
Article 3 This group creates a place for students who are sexual minority parties living around Hiroshima Prefecture (here in after referred to as "LGBTs"), deepens their understanding of LGBTs, or encourages society to understand LGBTs.
(Activity content)
Article 4 The activities of this organization are as follows.
・ Meeting face-to-face or online. This activity is called "All Light Day".
(board member)
Article 5 The following officers shall be appointed in this group.
・ One director
・ One deputy director
・ One or more people in charge of notification (can also serve concurrently)
・ HP charge 1 or more (same as above)
・ One person in charge of public relations (same as above)
(Duties of officers)
Article 6 The duties of the officers of this group shall be as follows.
・ The representative will represent this group and strive for smooth operation. The director can take over the duties of officers other than the deputy director. In addition, if there is a defect in the duties performed by an officer, the officer will be temporarily dismissed and the duties will be taken over. The director is responsible for all aspects of the organization's operations.
・ The deputy director assists the representative and takes over the duties of the representative in the event of an accident.
・ The notification staff will use SNS (Twitter, Facebook, LINE, etc.) to announce the activities of this organization both inside and outside the company. Also, adjust the schedule for Light's day.
・ The person in charge of HP manages and operates HP and writes blogs on the website of this organization (URL, hereinafter referred to as "HP").
・ The person in charge of public relations will respond to individuals or groups who have inquired about this organization via HP and email or Twitter.
(Activity costs and accounting)
Article 7 The expenses of this group shall be as follows.
・ Only when activity costs are incurred in each activity, the members who participated in that activity will pay.
・ In principle, the payment of activity costs will be split.
(General meeting)
Article 8
1 When discussing important matters of our organization, we hold a general meeting.
2 At the general meeting, the following matters will be deliberated and decided.
・ Election of officers
・ Expulsion of members and their correctness
・ Correctness of missions performed by officers
・ Amendment and abolition of this agreement
・ Other important matters
3 The general meeting is convened by the representative. An extraordinary general meeting must be held when requested by three or more members.
4 The number of attendees does not matter at the time of establishment of both the general meeting and the extraordinary general meeting.
5 At both the general meeting and the extraordinary general meeting, the resolution is passed by a majority of the members.
6 The expulsion of a member who has committed the prohibited acts listed in the next article may be carried out at the discretion of the representative without a resolution of the general meeting. However, the correctness must be deliberated at the general meeting.
(Prohibited act)
Article 9 Members of this organization must not perform any of the following acts:
・ Solicitation to a specific religion or other organization
・ Participation and solicitation to antisocial organizations
・ Coercion of drinking, underage drinking, driving a vehicle after drinking, doing and letting them do these things
・ Acts that infringe on the privacy of others, including non-members, such as disclosing personal information without the permission of the person.
・ The act of disclosing (outing) the sexual orientation and gender identity of others without the permission of the person.
・ Acts that intentionally cause mental harm to other members.
・ Other illegal acts or crimes stipulated by law
(Obligation to prevent accidents)
Article 10 We will prevent accidents and always make the best efforts to prevent accidents. In the unlikely event that something unexpected happens, lifesaving is our top priority.
(Responsibilities of members)
Article 11 Members of this group strictly observe the instructions and guidance of Hiroshima University.
(External rules)
Article 12 The relationship between this organization and other individuals or groups shall be as follows.
・ If there is a request for investigation or coverage from our organization, we will notify the members.
・ Whether or not to cooperate in investigations and interviews is left to the discretion of each member.
・ The responses of the members in the survey and interview are not official statements of the organization.
・ This group does not take any responsibility for any troubles that occur between the members and other individuals or organizations.
Supplementary provisions
・ This agreement will be published on our website.
・ This agreement will come into effect on June 9, 2021.
